For further expansion we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Key Account Manager OEM – Europe, to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the European market. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients, driving business development initiatives, and representing our cutting-edge E-Bike PAS systems.
Resposibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans to further growth and achieve revenue targets within assigned key accounts in Europe.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client companies.
Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions that align with their goals and requirements.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to drive business expansion.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build relationships.
Requirements profile
High affinity for bicycles, relevant experience, and personal contacts especially in the field of OEM in the bicycle industry in Germany and Europe
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
5 years of experience in OEM key account management or business development within the electric bike, or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of the European electric bike and drive systems market, including understanding of market trends, customer behaviours, and regulatory landscape.
Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and achieving targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand complex technical concepts and translate them to client solutions.
Proficiency in English and German, Dutch is a plus, knowledge of additional European languages are welcome
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe as needed.
